Professional Experience

Jerry Nourse has worked in the commercial real estate industry in various capacities since 1978, and has been associated with CBRE since 1981. Over the past six years, Mr. Nourse has been engaged in disposition assignments totaling over 18 million square feet and $1.4 billion in value. Career transactions have totaled over $1.6 billion and have included landmark sales such as South Coast Metro Center ($91 million), and the Irvine Company Portfolio ($250 million).

More recently, Mr. Nourse completed disposition assignments for CBRE Investors (2,383,892 SF), SSR Realty Advisors (1,428,231 SF), Principal Real Estate Investors (1,247,125 SF), Invesco (417,720 SF) and Northwestern Mutual Life (494,828 SF), totaling 5,971,796 SF, all located in the Inland Empire, California.
