Jeremy is currently the PIMO Director at JCPenney, which with more than 110 million square feet and well over 1,000 retail locations, is one of CBRE’s largest clients. As PIMO Director, Jeremy leads the Planning and Scheduling group, the FM Support Center, and the Performance and Innovation Management Office (PIMO). The Planning and Scheduling team manages more than 200,000 work orders and the FM Support Center handles 30,000 calls yearly. In addition to providing business process management services, the PIMO also utilizes many BI Tools to provide detailed business analytics.
Prior to coming to the JCPenney account, Jeremy served as the Alliance Partnership Program Manager for the Sprint Real Estate organization and directed the Sprint Innovation Council, a group committed to creating and maintaining a shared culture of innovation by identifying high value, cutting edge, industry changing ideas that enable business improvements. In addition to generating more than $2M in revenue for the client, this program was the recipient of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals “Global Excellence in Outsourcing” award for 2013. This collaboration has produced several analytical tools which have been recognized by the real estate industry on multiple occasions, receiving the CoreNet Global Industry Excellence Award in 2012 and the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovators award in 2007.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Jeremy held a regional sales manager position at PepsiCo. He has a B.S.B.A from Kansas State University’s College of Business Administration where he graduated cum laude.
