Mr. Morgan has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on strategic planning and data analysis. He has built and implemented several portfolio analysis tools which led to an increase in self-performance and improved utilization of mobile technicians. He has worked with many accounts to help them implement a selection of those tools in their own organizations.
Mr. Morgan is currently the Director of Business Analytics and Technology on the AT&T account. His area of responsibility includes management of client business systems, integration with CBRE business solutions, CBRE executive dashboards, service line Tableau dashboards, Benchmarking, and value measurements.
Prior to coming to the AT&T Account, Mr. Morgan was Sr. Director of Business Development, where he undertook a project to document the end-to-end sales process and to create a solutioning playbook. He also served as the PIMO Director on the JCPenney account, where he led the Planning and Scheduling group, the FM Support Center, and the Performance and Innovation Management Office.
