She is responsible for extrapolating strategies for marketing properties and expanding businesses, producing marketing campaigns for property sales and lease. In addition, she develops and catalogs business intelligence, and analyzes competitive and industry information to help make valuable recommendations, as well as interface with clients and resolve challenging issues.
Prior to being promoted to her current role, Jenny was responsible for market research and statistical and analytical reports in support of management and brokerage professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area region.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jenny worked in the retail industry shortly after completing her degree in Economics. She managed security and services for a 250+ store chain, supported new store builds, and maintained departmental data and reporting. There she developed an interest in real estate as well as strong organizational and administrative skills.
