Professional Experience


As Client Services Coordinator, Jenny Allen provides administrative support to the Charlotte Capital Markets team. She also provides marketing support and keeps in close contact with clients. Prior to CBRE, Jenny worked at Lomax Properties in Greensboro, NC as an intern assisting the regional commercial property manager with several marketing initiatives. While at Lomax, she created brochures to distribute during tours, which she also led. She provided detailed and informative tours to those considering becoming tenants. Jenny utilized her creative side to decorate various spaces for events as well as revised the Lomax website to be more visually appealing.

Earlier in her career, Jenny worked at the Bank of North Carolina in Raleigh in the Small Business Administration Department. She organized portfolios for all loan customers up to $1M. She also called and wrote letters to customers to collect financial information and statements and analyzed financial information to create annual loan reviews.
