Jennifer Brasier has over 16 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, property management, construction project management, program management, and retail and office re-branding. Jennifer is diverse in managing project types, including corporate and institutional interior tenant improvements, interior and exterior capital improvements, corporate signage conversions, new retail and office conversions, move management and program management.
Jennifer started her profession in Project Management through Property Management. Jennifer managed Class A and B office space, industrial and retail properties, totaling over 1 million square feet. Jennifer has assisted several clients in planning, design and selection of interior finishes, meeting the clients’ appropriate design needs. Jennifer’s experience with capital improvements includes parking garage restorations, common area finish enhancements, ADA enhancements, interior office mechanical enhancements, building envelope restoration, fire alarm panel replacement and chiller replacement. Additionally, Jennifer has worked on the landlord’s behalf as a liaison between rooftop telecommunications companies and roof consultants on new installation and renovations. Jennifer has expanded her career to include retail store conversions and new builds, and program management for corporate clients, such as Wells Fargo, BB&T and ADT.
