Jeff Stephens has more than 28 years of experience in California’s commercial real estate services industry, and he is one of CBRE’s top-15 sales professionals in Central Los Angeles. Jeff participated in 700+ transactions, totaling over $2.2 billion in value, between 2004 and 2014.

Focused on the Vernon and Commerce submarkets, Jeff helps investors, users and institutions maximize the value of their industrial property transactions through an intelligence-driven approach, emphasizing risk reduction and efficient results. His track record includes the successful delivery of transactions ranging from investment dispositions, sale-leasebacks and joint ventures to build-to-suite acquisitions, converted facilities for lease and highest-and-best-use land sales.

With a 10-year appraiser background and long-standing knowledge of Central LA’s diverse real estate players, transaction activities and deal motivations, Jeff advises the most competitive opportunities and creates significant negotiating leverage.
