Jeff has been with CBRE since 1983.  Jeff was the recipient of the first year Distinguished Achievement Award and has been a consistent producer over the years in the area.  Jeff has been a frequent speaker for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP Forecast Breakfast, IREM and has been a SIOR nomineee for  Office Broker of the Year.  Jeff has been involved in over 800 lease and sale transactions and total consideration of $1.5 Billion over the past 30+ years.
Jeff Scanlan is a First Vice President of CBRE. He specializes in office, high-tech and commercial properties leasing, sales and corporate advisory services. Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff was in sales with Savin Corporation in Seattle, Washington.
