Jeff Halsey sources market-leading capital for institutional and private commercial real estate owners, nationwide. Partnering with Brady O’Donnell, Vice Chairman with CBRE Debt & Structured Finance Services in Colorado, he builds advantage for clients through an extensive network of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, life insurance, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) and bridge lender relationships. 

With clients ranging from institutional real estate funds to local private capital investors, Colorado’s Debt & Structured Finance professionals assess the needs of each client in developing a financing solution tailored to ownership strategies. Since joining CBRE in 2013, Jeff has been directly involved in originating, underwriting, structuring and closing transactions totaling more than $2 billion in loan volume.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff was an investment sale broker with Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) for seven years and worked as an account executive at the CoStar Group for two years.
