Jeff Myers is a Senior Project Manager on a GCS account for a Global High Technology Company. He is responsible for the development and oversight of project management efforts throughout the Eastern United States. Responsible for leading a team and managing projects, Mr. Myers is actively engaged in the programming, planning, design, and construction of office space in diverse environments.
Prior to the merger with CBRE, Mr. Myers served in the same capacity with the Trammell Crow Company and is recognized for delivering projects on-time and within budget. As the Facilities Director of a rapidly growing HMO in Southern California, Mr. Myers gained a varied facilities and real estate background before joining the Trammell Crow Company. Cumulatively, Mr. Myers has in excess of 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has managed multiple projects totaling more than 40 million dollars across a million square feet.
