Rofessional Experience

As Project Manager for the Sacramento, Roseville, Stockton and Reno areas, Jay Coad provides day-to-day coordination of all project consultants, contractors, vendors, as well as, occupancy certification and contract administration on behalf of the client.

Over his 13-year career managing projects and facility operations, Mr. Coad has successfully directed projects totaling $55 million dollars. These projects include lobby and restroom renovations, elevator upgrades, mission critical data centers, as well as office, medical and industrial tenant improvements. He exceeds client needs using his extensive knowledge managing design and execution of various types of tenant, capital improvement and new construction projects within occupied facilities, high rises, and critical data centers.
