As a Project Manager with CBRE, Jason Mundy is responsible for a full range of services, including scheduling, budget development, procurement, and quality & risk assessment for landlord capital improvements and tenant improvements throughout the greater Chicago area. His broad architectural background combined with his knowledge of the downtown office market provides a comprehensive understanding of a variety of building types and an intimate knowledge of negotiation techniques.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jason worked as a commercial office broker representing a number of tenants looking to relocate and expand across Chicago. Preceding brokerage, Jason spent eight years as an architect, working on a number of large-scale commercial projects across the country from programming and design concept thru construction. These projects ranged in scale from small rehabilitation/restoration work, to high-rise and multi-facility senior living and civic developments involving his most notable assignment, a 270,000 SF civic center in West Palm Beach, FL.
In addition to his professional experience, Jason is involved with a number of community outreach projects including chairing the 2014 CBRE Cares Charity Bash, co-chairing the design and fundraising efforts to build a new 20,000 SF of park, spearheading a neighborhood festival, and active participation in multiple industry and community development organizations.
