As Executive Managing Director for the Americas Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) platform, Jason Lund coordinates directly with institutional and international clients on behalf of the business. He also is the point of contact to leadership of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions, Strategic Accounts and Capital Markets business lines for VAS.
Jason has oversight of Assessment and Consulting Services (ACS) for the Americas. Services within this group include Property Condition, Environmental Services, Industrial Hygiene, Building Technology Consultancy, Telecom Advisory, Construction Risk Management. Additionally, Jason leads the VAS Client Care program for the Americas and facilitates coordination with the EMEA and APAC programs. Jason represents Valuation and Advisory Services within the CBRE global Client Care program coordinating with five other CBRE service lines globally.
Prior to his role at CBRE, Jason served as Regional Managing Director of the Southwestern United States within the Colliers Valuation platform where he oversaw significant growth in revenue and platform size during his tenure. Jason was with CBRE from 1997 to 2010 in the Houston, Charlotte and Newport Beach offices and was a top five national producer for five consecutive years.
Before joining CBRE, Jason was a Vice President at Lea Associates, a boutique appraisal firm in Los Angeles specializing in eminent domain and litigation- oriented appraisal for right of way and public agency condemnation proceedings.
