Jared Scaringe is an Associate with the CBRE’s Global Workplace Solution group in Indianapolis. He specializes in strategic planning and executing transactions for local, regional and global organizations and focuses on creating value for his clients by developing strategic solutions and tactical delivery with a special focus on industrial and logistics.
The eight-person team, co-led by Jeff Luebker, Terry Busch and Zane Brown, leverages the CBRE global professional network and platform of services to deliver customized, strategic real estate solutions on a multi-market basis. They manage and execute the full range of real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, alternative financing structures, etc.) across a client’s entire geographic footprint. The team specializes in advising life sciences, healthcare, financial services, professional services and high education organizations on a variety of property types including office, industrial, land, and specialty assets such as laboratories and technology.
Jared brings extensive experience in project management and statistical analysis, which allows tenants and landlords to maximize savings and benefits. He advises his clients with a vision of current and future market trends that provides improved performance and leverage in the industry.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jared was a Project Engineer with Wilhelm Construction and Altai Properties.
