Jared Chua is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Properties in Houston, Texas and specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional clients. Mr. Chua has 17 years of institutional real estate transaction experience and has been responsible for or played an integral role in the sale of more than $7 billion of single-asset and portfolio dispositions across the nation. During the course of his career, he has represented many of the country’s most prominent real estate companies, including institutions, equity funds, REITs, and private owners and developers.
Mr. Chua brings a broad base of transaction experience across all product sectors, including CBD and suburban office, single-tenant assets, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments.
