Janette is a results-oriented professional with over 17 years of experience in the areas of operations, finance and business management. She has played an integral role in the implementation of numerous national initiatives due to her expertise in the areas of real estate transactions, audit, budgets and systems training.
Janette has successfully managed process improvement projects for the organization to include activities such as identifying areas of opportunity, designing an improved process that meets the needs of the business and subsequently, documenting and training on the new process. Janette values collaboration and has forged strong partnerships with her colleagues, both within and outside her department, to ensure success.
As Senior Process Improvement Analyst for the Platform and Programs team, Janette leverages her experience and expertise to provide the best platform to support our Operations organization.
Prior to joining CBRE in 1998, Janette worked in the banking industry for 10 years where she handled the integration of financial institution acquisitions, teller training and secondary lending.
