Jana Polte, Sales Analyst, is responsible for the training and implementation of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) interface as a member of the CBRE Florida Sales Management team. Ms. Polte’s background in commercial real estate, along with her Master’s in Education, help add substantial value to her current role, which includes assisting brokers in their top pursuits, coordinating a training program for all new associates, and tracking broker pursuits for revenue forecasting.
Ms. Polte joined CBRE in 2013, bringing a diverse background in education, residential real estate, and property management. Before coming to CBRE, she worked with a large residential property management company in Gainesville, Florida, where she assisted in placing potential renters in homes and apartments. Ms. Polte also taught middle school for two years.
In her former role as an Assistant Real Estate Manager with CBRE, she supported property managers on a variety of projects, including property budgeting, CAM Recs, rent collection, invoice coding, and lease/contract compliance.
