Todd leads the Central Staff Operations team for the Siemens North America account supported by CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. He works closely with the other members of the Central group as well as the Regional Facility Managers, local Facility Managers, and Building Engineers to provide value to Siemens sites across the United States and Canada.
As Engineering & Operations Director, Todd leads staffing development and training, operational delivery solutions, and standards compliance for Operations and Health/Safety/Environmental. Todd works with the GWS organization to develop and promote initiatives for reliability and efficiency gains.
With over 15 years of experience working in manufacturing settings, Todd has developed a skillset around continuous improvement, driving value to organizations, and championing change. Prior to his recent joining with CBRE, Todd was a member of JW Aluminum as Manager of Equipment Reliability, where he oversaw capital improvement planning and implementation, Maintenance and Reliability strategy deployment, and creation of standards and processes across the company.
Previous positions across industry have included Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Sr. Reliability Engineer, as well as various other leadership roles with JW Aluminum, LaBarge Products, Inc., and General Motors. These opportunities fostered development and practical implementation of strategic reliability and throughput efficiency initiatives including TPM, Proactive Maintenance, and Production Maintenance Partnership. He has a Masters of Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University, a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Leadership Communication from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
