James Cohn is an Associate for one of the Phoenix office’s top teams specializing in industrial properties: Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan and Rusty Kennedy. James is involved in all aspects of landlord representation, tenant representation, owner/user sales and industrial land sales. James is constantly updating clients on marketing efforts, prospects and market trends to assist them in making the most informed real estate decisions.

James began his career with CBRE as an Industrial Researcher in the Research Department in 2013 after graduating from the University of San Diego with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing and a four-year membership on the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team.
