Jacqueline Bayley is the Senior Communications Specialist for the Corporate Communications team, specializing in managing internal and external communications for the Talent Strategy & Diversity group. Her role focuses on promoting the diversity and inclusion efforts across our global organization.
In her previous role as Media and Communications Manager for the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County region, she managed media and public relations in the region, including press releases, social media, advertising, company events and sponsorships, and various internal and external communication pieces. She joined CBRE in August 2012 as the Communications Specialist of the region, became the manager in May 2014, and transitioned to her current role in May 2015.
Jacqueline is a recipient of the 2013 Manager Innovation Award for her integral role in implementing Workplace360 in the Downtown Los Angeles global headquarters. The award recognizes the team of managers who introduce new business practices, models, or technological applications that have made a material, positive difference. Jacqueline teamed with Christy Ingle to execute a comprehensive PR and social media campaign to promote the opening of the new CBRE corporate HQ office in September 2013, securing 106 confirmed media placements about the new office. She also created the Twitter campaign and hashtag #OfficeOfTheFuture, generating more than 6.53 million impressions at the time of the HQ Grand Opening event in October 2013. She also serves as one of the back-up managers for the global social media accounts (CBRE on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn). Finally, she was a project manager for the six-screen “Media Wall” in the Heart of the office, the first project of its kind in the company.
With more than six years of business experience in public relations and marketing, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, Jacqueline has developed the skills needed for timely, effective communication. She obtains the ability to identify and oversee media and marketing opportunities to create public awareness in the market. Prior to joining CBRE, Jaqueline was a professional volleyball player at Galeb Volleyball Club in Montenegro and VC-Tirol in Austria.
