Jake’s clients include many of Orange County industry leading companies with signficant assignments including Broadcom’s 650,000 SF sale/leaseback, Verizon’s 453,000 SF lease renewal for their Western Regional Headquarters, Zenith Education Group’s 105,000 SF renewal, LendingTree’s 100,000 SF consolidation, Union Bank’s 100,000 SF renewal, Discover Home Loan’s 95,000 SF renewal, Cingular’s 60,000 SF lease buyout, Etrade’s 50,000 SF office disposition, City National Bank’s 30,000 SF renewal, Regus/HQ’s 20+ lease assignments totaling over 400,000 SF along with Ignite Health’s 35,000 SF and HUB’s 30,000 SF local expansions.
