Jacob Liao serves as Marketing Manager on the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Sales and Marketing Team working with professionals around the globe. Jacob provides graphical and strategic support for new business development on large cap pursuits and platform initiatives.
Jacob joined CBRE in 2004 as part of the Downtown Los Angeles office's marketing team supporting brokerage projects concentrating mainly on office clients. He also established guidelines and best practices for creating, organizing and archiving best-in-class projects for the Greater Los Angeles region. Jacob then established marketing centers in two other Greater Los Angeles offices (Universal City and El Segundo) and expanded his work experience to cover industrial and retail clients.
In early 2008, Jacob transitioned from the Greater Los Angeles Marketing and Communications group to join GCS. He currently collaborates with professionals across the U.S. and in London, Hong Kong and Singapore working on various corporate real estate services pursuits as well as aiding active client accounts. Since joining CBRE, Jacob has earned multiple awards for excellence in his efforts both locally and regionally.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jacob worked as a web designer and programmer for a number of years as well as a print production director at a boutique design firm and print shop. Jacob's extensive experience in both print and online production has been a proven asset to the marketing group in both local and international markets.
