Jackie Prewitt is a key member of CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services marketing team, where she helps strategically pursue new business for the Middle Market Accounts group. Jackie works with the Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services team to identify strategies and business solutions for corporate clients looking to outsource their real estate operations. Jackie is responsible for leading global requests for proposals and presentations, process management, and developing detailed business plans inclusive of organizational design, savings initiatives, technology solutions, transition planning and overall value creation opportunities.
Previously, Jackie worked on the GCS Marketing team supporting the Central Region business pursuits with Gregg Shutan. In this role, she worked with the Business Development team to formulate customized value propositions for corporate clients outsourcing real estate operations, such as savings initiatives, account organizational structure and client-facing technology. Prior to this, she was the Marketing Coordinator in CBRE’s Chicago Marketing Center where she provided support to the Graphic Design, Web Marketing and Communications Departments. In her role, she was involved with internal and external communication initiatives, corporate and philanthropic event planning and providing content support for new business development proposals and presentations.
