Izzy Eichenstein focuses on industrial investment, serving private client investors throughout Los Angeles. With more than 25 years of experience, Izzy has demonstrated exemplary performance and leadership in the LAX industrial market, demonstrating outstanding community service and involvement. His creative approach to marketing properties, such as rooftop billboards, results in exceptional outcomes for his clients and will be a great addition to our South Bay team.
Prior to CBRE, Izzy was the president and owner of the Oakstone Company, a developer of industrial properties primarily located adjacent to Los Angeles International Airport. Founding the company in 1988, Mr. Eichenstein handled several million square feet of transactions over more than two decades, including the recent redevelopment of Bellanca Avenue into Car Rental Row, with FlightCar and Silver Car.
Born and raised in Chicago, Izzy attended Columbia University in New York where he majored in psychology. He is currently a board member at Temple Emanuel and has served as a board member on the executive committee of Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America and volunteered for Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles for many years. Separate from his career in real estate, Izzy is also an acclaimed author of the book “The Rebel and the Rabbi’s Son.”
