Holly is the Senior Director of Global Account Operations on the Microsoft account within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business. She manages a team of 80+ professionals, spanning several service lines including account programs, business analytics and innovation, contracts and sourcing, energy and sustainability, global facilities call center, health and safety, asset management, and Microsoft’s Supported Employment program.
Holly’s current role is an expansion of her previous responsibilities as Director of Account Operations for Microsoft’s Facilities Management business.
Previously, Holly was the director for the Integrated Occupancy Services Delivery team. She managed and was responsible for all move activity for Microsoft within the Puget Sound region. In that role she implemented the On-Site Solutions Specialist program which provides additional support to the client when moving in to new open office environment.
Holly is a senior corporate real estate executive with over 20 years of leadership and project management experience. She has substantial experience managing the technical, cost, and schedule performance of multiple large projects, including strategic planning, risk management, customer rapport, teaming, and selection of staff and contractors. Additionally, she brings to the team skills in managing operational budgets, preparing financial forecasts, creating and implementing cost cutting initiatives, and directly negotiating contract terms and conditions. Holly has a passion for leading diverse teams and building strong cross-functional business relationships in a variety of workplace environments.
