As Regional Office Services and Client Services Manager Heidi Jones is responsible for planning, managing and directing office services and client services operations for the Greater Chicago Market supporting multiple lines of businesses. In her role she leads and facilitates consistent regional communication of policies, procedures and initiatives; ensures shared knowledge, implements process improvements and engages resources in issue identification and resolution. Ms. Jones determines staffing requirements and oversees personnel processes; including recruitment, performance management and department budgets.
Ms. Jones joined CBRE’s Human Resources team in 2005 as an Office Services Administrator. She was promoted to the Office Operations Manager for the firm's Schaumburg office in 2007, then promoted to the Office Operations Manager to the Chicago Downtown office in 2010 and to her current position in 2015.
While serving as the Office Operations Manager for the Chicago Downtown office Heidi Jones was an integral member of the office's leadership team. Ms. Jones was responsible for implementing and recommending revisions to current policies and procedures and ensuring operational effectiveness in the downtown office, which houses over 400 employees and 20 business lines.
