Greg provides occupier services to national and local corporate and professional services clients. He partners with his clients to reduce occupancy costs, limit risk and increase flexibility for his clients’ real estate portfolios.

With more than 24 years of real estate experience, 20 of which are specializing in tenant representation, Greg has negotiated over eight million square feet of office lease transactions, representing $1.2 billion in transaction value.

Completed strategic plan for JM’s 163,000 SF headquarters and 300,000 SF R&D center. In 2012, completed restructure and renewal of JM’s headquarters lease for 118,865 SF.

ProBuild Holdings, Inc.
Since relationship began in 2007, have negotiated ProBuild’s headquarters lease as it grew from 14,000 SF to 90,000 SF from 2007 – 2009.  In 2011, represented ProBuild on its 110,000 SF headquarters renewal / expansion.

Alta Colleges, Inc./Westwood College
From 2000 to 2012 managed 44 transactions for Alta in twelve major markets totaling 1.2 million SF. Provide strategic planning, demographic/market analysis, tenant representation and lease administration.

Vectra Bank Colorado, N.A.
Provided strategic planning & transaction management services. In 2004, negotiated 24,000 SF HQ expansion. In 2009-2010 executed strategic plan for to restructure a 100,000 SF office portfolio including its 46,000 SF HQ facility.
