In his current role as Senior Managing Director for a highly respected confiedntial client account, he serves as the primary client contact for the delivery of Base Building Management (Facilities Management) services within the CBRE scope for North America, overseeing all regional and site-level Base Building personnel. He facilitates the integration of changes, promotes best practices, identifies savings opportunities, and drives innovation.

In his previous role, Greg was the Alliance Director for the MedStar Health account, where he worked with a team of 300 professionals providing facilities management, development and project management services, transaction management, strategy, and lease administration for this client’s inpatient and ambulatory portfolio throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining the MedStar Health Account, Greg served as the Alliance Director for a global high technology client with a portfolio in 84 countries. His team of nearly 200 provided Project Management for 70+ million sq. ft. globally and Facilities Management for 20+ million sq. ft. in the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, Greg developed an Account Operations Management team that provided support through space planning, energy management, sourcing, health safety environmental, finance, human resources, compliance, and communications.
Before serving as Alliance Director for the global technology client, Greg served as Alliance Director for a well known energy and fuel client. He was responsible for their US, South & Central America and Caribbean chain of over 4,000 retail stores. Services delivered by his team included asset acquisition and disposition; portfolio optimization; lease administration; project & program management; and accounting, achieving consistent and notable successes. Additionally, Greg managed a global strategic initiative project focused on the optimization of the client's portfolio of more than 12,000 retail sites around the world. In the US alone in 2009, there was more than $20 million in client accepted value created as a result of the initiative.
