Professional Experience

Grant focuses on both landlord and tenant representation along the I-80 and I-880 corridors in the East Bay. Grant has represented well-known landlords such as CalSTRS, CBRE Investors, Ellis Partners, ScanlanKemperBard Companies, and Strada Investments and currently has Landlord Representation Assignments totaling ±2.1 million square feet.


Grant joined CBRE in April of 2006 after spending the previous ten years with Iron Mountain Inc.’s Intellectual Property Management division. With experience in both sales and leasing, Mr. Jones leverages his extensive market knowledge of the greater Oakland market in order to find creative solutions for his clients. Mr. Jones’ ingenuity has allowed him to provide long-term strategic planning and real estate strategies for his clients that range from Fortune 500 corporations to startups. By leveraging the CBRE platform and tailoring the company’s services to meet his clients' needs, Mr. Jones is able to put into place a sound real estate strategy that maximizes his client’s bottom line.
