As a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Consulting Group in New York City, Greg Maurer-Hollaender is responsible for developing and executing real estate strategies for major firms across multiple markets. He plays an important role in deal structuring, negotiation and transaction implementation. His work also includes the development of decision-making tools to help his clients build internal consensus including financial models to quantify the financial implications of various strategies.
Greg has been involved in numerous notable recent transactions, including Weil’s 390,000 sq. ft. renewal at 767 Fifth Avenue, PricewaterhouseCoopers’ 183,000 sq. ft. renewal at 400 Campus Drive in Florham Park, NJ, Legal Aid Society’s 100,000 sq. ft. renewal at 111 Livingston Street in Brooklyn, Mound Cotton’s 60,000 sq. ft. relocation to One New York Plaza, eMarketer’s 54,000 sq. ft. relocation to 11 Times Square and Mediaocean’s 89,000 sq. ft. relocation to 620 Avenue of the Americas.
Prior to joining the firm’s Consulting Group, Greg was an Associate in CBRE’s Wheel Program—a 14-month rotational program designed to give young professionals a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate.
