Professional Experience

Gene Pride has 17 years of experience in the sale of commercial real estate and currently leads the Multifamily division for Jeff Dunne’s New York Institutional Properties Group. Since 1998, the team has completed multifamily transactions exceeding $11.3 billion in value encompassing over 46,000 units. Mr. Pride is responsible for the execution of multifamily sales in the greater New York metropolitan area including the New Jersey, New York and Connecticut markets. Prior to his current position, Mr. Pride was an Investment Sales Advisor focused primarily on office and retail assets providing a broad range of experience in the real estate industry. Drawing on his varied background, Mr. Pride regularly speaks on industry panels, writes for industry publications and has served in leadership positions for ICSC and NAIOP.
