Overview

Gabrielle Lardiere joined CBRE, Inc. in November 2013. She works with Tim Bower, one of the top regional retail sales professionals in Southern California, who specializes in landlord representation, mixed-use development and investment sales. Gabrielle is responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, executing market research, lease analysis, property valuation and assisting in business development.​

Gabrielle’s acute understanding of her clients’ marketing needs and goals along with her knowledge of retail property in the greater Los Angeles area enables her to provide the highest standard of business service and ethics to her clients. Gabrielle’s detailed eye for market analysis offers a comprehensive approach to the Southland’s retail community.​

Prior to CBRE, Ms. Lardiere worked for Los Angeles Center Studios in property management. Gabrielle serves as Vice Chair of UNICEF Next Gen in Los Angeles.​
