Professional Experience


Frances Okazaki is an Executive Vice President with CBRE's Office Services and has worked exclusively in commercial real estate for thirty years. Using CBRE's fully integrated, global service platform, Frances' significant achievements include providing value added services to new office building owners/developers with very strategic marketing plans and negotiations for positive results. Most current is the leasing of the GGP's Ala Moana Building and Ala Moana Pacific Center.


Her ongoing experience includes working with specific teams focusing on corporate advisory requirements in the U.S. as well as in Japan providing consulting, acquisition, and/or disposition services to private clients, along with state and federal government organizations. Frances projects have ranged from leasing and sales of speculative office projects, medical office buildings, neighborhood retail, new development, conversions, ground leases of office projects, acquisition and sales of commercial condominiums and GSA related requirements.


This depth and breadth provides Ms. Okazaki the proactive and diagnostic ability to best navigate the office market ahead.
