Felipe Gomez-Kraus came to CBRE through the 2013 acquisition and merger with The CAC Group, where he was a Vice President focusing exclusively on Tenant Representation. A leader in the high growth technology practice, Felipe has spearheaded negotiations for some of San Francisco’s most prominent and noteworthy companies, including groundbreaking technology firms, noteworthy established corporations, and cutting edge start-ups including Pinterest, LinkedIn, Stripe, Alibaba, GoodData, SquareTrade, Radius, Quid and more. His tenacity and high level of professionalism consistently translate into superior results in successful lease transactions and real estate strategies.
Following a very successful career in global luxury hospitality with Four Seasons and Rosewood Hotels, Felipe applies his keen eye for anticipatory service to best meet the varied needs of his clients. Having moved nineteen times, the world over – from Hong Kong to the Bahamas, Mexico to Switzerland and back – Felipe’s international background and experience form a true asset for his business relationships and allow for a deep understanding of the requisites of multi-national corporations and local organizations alike.
Felipe graduated with Honors from L'Ecole Hoteliere Les Roches in Crans Montana, Switzerland with the Swiss Hotel Association Hotel Management Diploma, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. A citizen of the world, Felipe has been in the Bay Area for seven years and currently resides in nearby Mill Valley with his wife Tracy, son Oliver and daughter Liliana.
An active member of the Admiral Farragut Academy Alumni Association, Surfrider Foundation, the Eta Sigma Delta Honor Society, and a committee member with the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center, Felipe is also an avid surfer, crossfitter, outdoorsman, traveler and food and wine enthusiast.
