Esmeralda Sanchez manages the day-to-day operational support provided to AT&T Corporate Real Estate groups including the US, Mexico, and international sites. She works closely with the AT&T Access Controls groups and Alarm Centers in delivering exceptional service to the AT&T client internationally.
As Corporate Real Estate IT Support Manager, Esmeralda leads a multi-discipline team of 9 professionals located in different regions of the US, overseeing all aspects of support provided such as application, database, and hardware support. Furthermore, provides integration solutions, camera system configuration and disaster recovery operations for CRE access/alarm controls systems. Supported groups range from Access Controls Centers, Environmental Alarm Centers, HVAC personnel and AT&T property management across the US and international sites.
Esmeralda has more than 10 years of experience working with Corporate Real Estate systems and applications. Before becoming an IT Technology Manager, she was a senior level support technician.
Prior to joining CBRE, Esmeralda worked 3 years with ACS Inc. in providing disaster recovery solutions.
