As Senior Vice President/Regional Office Operations Manager, Erin is responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining the human resource function at CBRE/New England. In this capacity, Erin conducts all employee orientations into CBRE/NE, recruits new personnel, manages payroll services and enrolls all eligible employees into the corporate benefits programs including healthcare, disability and life insurance, and a defined contribution retirement program. She is also the employee relations administrator and the single point of contact for all employees if any employment issues should arise.
Erin has been employed by CBRE/NE since 2003. Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Erin served as Program Director at the Old Colony YMCA in Brockton where she administered the after-school program for approximately 200+ school-aged children and was directly responsibility for the recruitment, training, supervision and evaluation of staff.
