Erin Boorsma is a Real Estate Manager with over 10 years of residential and commercial property management experience and over 15 years of customer service experience. Erin also works directly with Building Services on maintenance only accounts. She assists in maintaining the quality and integrity of CBRE Building Service contracts from an administrative and customer service standpoint. She joined the Hampton Roads team from CBRE in Phoenix, Arizona in February 2008.
She manages the day-to-day activities including oversight of the building operating systems and all tenant relations; prepares and monitors emergency plans; collects rents; conducts property inspections; develops new tenant relations programs, maximizes operating efficiencies; keeps the asset modern with rapidly changing technologies; prepares the annual budget; works with the accounting team to oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable operations and the monthly financials. She assists the head of Building Services with schedules, contracts, and customer service needs.
