As Managing Director of Global Workplace Solutions for CBRE, Eric’s primary role is to oversee and manage the service delivery for the Business Transition & Move Management Services team. Eric leads a strong team of professionals that focuses on large-scale, complex relocations in both the private and public sectors. He is able to dissect the hundreds of variables impacting a relocation, resulting in projects that are executed on time, within budget and, most importantly, with high customer satisfaction to every end user. Eric has been with CBRE for over 14 years.
The service delivery model provides a consistent approach to complex relocation projects with a focus on end-user communications/satisfaction. A large relocation touches each and every end user in the occupied facility. Eric and his team consistently receive 90%+ end-user satisfaction on their projects.
Eric has led a team of 30+ project managers completing seamless transitions for our clients. He has authored the CBRE Large Move Management Playbook including the creation of our five-phase, best in class service delivery model.
The playbook was also used as the driver for CBRE Foundations (internal Project Management training tool) Occupancy Management Module. Eric led a team of project managers creating the module which is now used to train CBRE staff throughout the world.
Eric and his team have executed more than 80 million square feet of relocation projects totaling over 200,000 moves including services for Nissan, Ford Land, Honeywell, ING, Deloitte, Federal Reserve Bank, Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, University of Cincinnati and the State of Michigan. Projects under Eric’s control have continued to exceed client expectation including a 90% end user satisfaction score.
He represents clients in all dealings with move related vendors and consultants, allowing the client to concentrate on their core business.
Prior to coming to CBRE, Eric served in a strategic planning capacity on projects throughout the US and abroad.
