Eric leads the day-to-day operations of facilities across the Americas for the Goldman Sachs account, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico and select countries within Latin America. He works closely with the client and operations team to create operational improvements, provide excellent service levels to the regional sites as well as their corporate office in Jersey City and to drive our KPIs to dark green.
As the Facilities Director, Eric leads the Facilities Management team of 14 professionals that provide services to 34 locations and over 4 million square feet of office space.
Eric has more than 25 years of facilities service experience beginning as an Engineer and progressing into the management side of facilities. Eric has provided facilities management services with CBRE since 2008 on multiple accounts including Progress Energy as a Regional Facilities Manager for the Northern region of North Carolina, Cisco as the Operations Manager at the Research Triangle Park (RTP) campus, and Career Education Corporation beginning as a Regional Facilities Manager for the Eastern region and being promoted to the Direction of Operations responsible for the operations throughout the United States.
Prior to joining CBRE, he spent more than 13 years with a small facility maintenance company whose main focus was providing services to retail locations throughout the Northeastern United States. Eric began his career in facilities service by spending over 7 years as a union plumber focusing on renovation and new construction projects with pharmaceutical companies.
