Eric DeJernett, CCIM has a long resume of interesting and complicated projects ranging from: Development management for the redevelopment of the 73-acre former Huntsman Chemical Research Facility into the Crestview Station mixed-use transit-oriented development, to the sale of various urban, suburban, rural land tracts and buildings for the General Land Office of the State of Texas, to development consulting with the City of Austin on multiple facility solution engagements, including the new 265,000 square foot Planning and Development center at ACC/Highland. Other examples include: Sale of 65 acres of excess campus land for Dell Computer, buyer/tenant/sale-leaseback representation for Frost Bank on numerous transactions, land development representation for Seton Hospital, and urban mixed-use retail brokerage for numerous clients such as Parkway Properties, AMLI Properties, Cypress Equities and Trammell Crow Company.

A brief overview of Mr. DeJernett's transactions and development projects include: 
  • Crestview Station: 73-acre mixed-use transit-oriented development
  • City of Austin: Development consulting for the new 265,000 square foot Planning and Development Center and the new 275,000 square foot Austin Energy Headquarters
  • GLO State of Texas: Multiple land and building sites across the state 
  • Austin Community College: Purchase of the former Dillard's at the former Highland Mall, initiating the eventual purchase of the entire mall property
  • Dell Computer: Sale of 65-acre site on SH 45 and IH 35 for mixed-use development
  • Fairground Food Hall: Development consulting and leasing for Parkway Properties 
  • Frost Bank: Multiple lease, sales and sale-leaseback transactions
  • Travis County: Long-term ground lease of a prime downtown Austin block
  • Seton Hospital: Land development on US Hwy 290 at RR 1826
  • Plaza Volente Shopping Center: Land development anchored by HEB grocery
