Emily Barth serves as the Sales Analyst in CBRE’s Charlotte office. Emily manages the market database of all occupiers and investors. Ensures business plans, tracking reports, pursuit strategies, analyses, and various other scheduled reports and analyses are accurate and completed/delivered on time. Prepares materials for and participates in market meetings/calls, broker debriefs, supports the Finishing First process. Partners with Research and Marketing in generating reports and supporting materials for Sales Management. Learns, supports and drives the adoption of other broker technology tools.
Prior to CBRE Emily worked for Weybright in Indianapolis, IN as the Sales and Acquisitions Manager.
