Based in Dearborn, Michigan, Beth leads the Midwest Region for AT&T’s Corporate Real Estate organization. CBRE’s service lines include Facility Management, Energy Management, and Data Center/Critical Environment. The portfolio is comprised of approximately 60M square feet across 8 states. She works closely with AT&T leadership to establish key performance indicator metrics for tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance in terms of operations, quality, safety, and financials.
Responsibilities also include account management, contract compliance, client positioning/relationship building, and execution of outsourced property management services. Her team has achieved exceptional results by exceeding $2M annually in cost savings initiatives, client satisfaction and budgetary targets. Beth is responsible for a team of approximately 180 facility management professionals in an operations environment comprised of both non-union and union personnel. Along with these responsibilities, Beth is also an active member of the labor relations planning and negotiations team and she participated on the AT&T contract renewal team which resulted in a successful 5 year renewal in 2015.
Beth has more than 20 years of professional facilities/property management experience and 10 years experience in large corporate sales/marketing. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked for Johnson Controls Inc. and Newmark Knight Frank in various account management/facilities management roles. Beth’s experience also includes working for AT&T in both their sales/marketing and real estate organizations.
