She supports the team consisting of Cliff Taylor and Joe Ayers, who combine to create a diverse team that focuses on multifamily investment sales across the southeast. The team specializes in providing sophisticated asset disposition and finance services for high net-worth individuals, local entrepreneurs, private equity funds, and institutional clients located throughout North Florida.
Elizabeth is primarily focused on transaction execution and marketing of major assignments throughout Jacksonville as well as being a key part of client development efforts. Leveraging local market knowledge with the ability to identify key marketing strategies has allowed Elizabeth to add to the team's success. Her enthusiasm for the business along with her knowledge of office and retail markets allows her to deliver customized solutions with speed and creativity.
Before joining the CBRE Jacksonville team, Elizabeth worked as the North Florida Research Team Lead where she oversaw operations of research staff in the North Florida offices by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports to all business sectors. She was able to enhance processes and procedures by investigating opportunities to advance the success of the team and expand business development along with supporting brokerage services in research processes and procedures to ensure data quality. Elizabeth provided research and statistical data in all business sectors to local professionals and clients throughout the United States. Her knowledge of the commercial real estate industry allowed her to create specialized reports and analyze trends throughout the market to create quarterly market reports.
