Ms. Gravely is a First Vice President of Brokerage Services catering to both Tenant and Landlord clients in DC, MD, and VA. Her professional experience includes acquisitions and dispositions for tenants and landlords, as well as managing regional transaction portfolios for corporations such as Bank of America (BofA), Wachovia, Paine Webber, US LEC and AllTel. She also works with client's in-house real estate departments or facility partners to develop and execute strategies that align real estate decisions with business performances and management objectives.
In addition to corporate and individual clients, Ms. Gravely represents GSA in many transactions for various agencies including CBP, USDA, ICE, NLRB, USAO, FTC and DOJ. Most of these transactions have been located in the DC Metropolitan Area and range in size from 18,000 SF to 125,000 SF.
Ms. Gravely began her career in real estate in 1987 representing Manulife Financial in Washington, DC. She continued in Washington with Trammell Crow Company until 1997 when she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina to handle several corporate service accounts with Lincoln Harris. There, she was ranked #1 top producing broker in Charlotte, NC in 1999. She was also a Multi-Million Dollar Award winner from 1997-2000.
In 2002, she returned to Trammell Crow Company to take the position as the Regional Account Manager for BofA overseeing a portfolio consisting of eight states comprising over 17 million square feet. She joined CBRE in 2006 with their acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. Ms. Gravely completed over 155 transactions comprising over 2.5 million sf and totaling over $200 million dollars representing both BofA as the tenant and as the sublandlord. She was able to save BofA over $90 million dollars in early terminations and subleases. She was also able to reduced overall liability by transferring master leases to REITS in buildings ranging from 20K to 1MM sf. Ms. Gravely integrated real estate portfolios from companies acquired by BofA to include Fleet Bank, MBNA, Countrywide and Merrill Lynch. In August 2008, Ms. Gravely began representing individual clients and GSA, as well as continuing to represent BofA.
