DJ Sandler oversees Sales Management, Marketing and Research for the Pacific Southwest, including Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Hawaii and Arizona.
In his position, he leads an integrated team of professionals across the region and works directly with local leadership to position CBRE as the leader in the marketplace and to drive revenue growth and market share through multi-channel initiatives. As a core member of the executive team, DJ drives the strategic development of local market value propositions aimed at maximizing opportunities and outcomes for our clients.
Throughout his 20 years of experience leading sales enablement teams, DJ has developed an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate business and a keen ability to think strategically about marketplace positioning.
Before joining CBRE, DJ was vice president of marketing at JLL, where he led the firm’s 20 plus West Coast markets. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, DJ held leadership roles at Raytheon Co. as well as at technology, construction and consumer goods companies. He was the founder and principal of King Max Creative based out of Seattle, which supported clients such as Microsoft, the City of Seattle and London Fog.
