Diane Bryan is the Regional Office and Client Services Manager for the Northwest. Her responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the business operation with primary responsibility for new employee onboarding; facilities; employee relations; business continuity; procurement; office equipment and supplies, as well as local vendor relationships and service contracts. In the capacity of Client Services Manager, she also supports our producers and ensures consistency of services to both internal and external clients; supports our Client Services Managers; provides guidance on template/property marketing and proposals; and partners with the marketing and research divisions. Diane is skilled in planning, budgeting, and problem-solving and has excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.
Prior taking the role of the Regional Office/Client Services Manager, Diane was responsible for the overall administration of the San Jose Downtown and Palo Alto offices. Working with senior management, over 50 brokers and a support staff of 17, she coordinated the local accounting, advertising, human resources, facilities and legal requirements for these rapidly expanding offices. Over time, Diane’s efforts have substantially improved the workflow quality in those offices.
With over 20 years of management experience and a proven track record for consistent cost saving delivery along with operational improvement, Diane became an invaluable player at CBRE.
Before joining CBRE, Diane worked as Director of Operations for Northwestern Mutual, Sales Administrator for Draeger Construction and Vice President of Operations for MJM Technologies.
