Dennis Hoth is a Senior Vice President and Principal of CBRE|MEGA. He is a member of the CBRE Retail Development Group (RDG) that specializes in providing developers a full continuum of services from site selection, planning, construction consulting, leasing and sales. He is also a member of the CBRE Land Services Group (LSG) that specializes in providing land owners a wide variety of services such as land acquisition, disposition, entitlement services, development consulting, planning and construction feasibility. His 30 years of experience encompasses all aspects of brokerage and consulting services.
Prior to joining CBRE|MEGA, Mr. Hoth was the president of a local real estate company that developed numerous office and retail properties and syndicated land, multi-family, retail, and office properties. He has worked with many national and regional accounts as a tenant and buyer representative, serving a variety of office, industrial and retail users.
Dennis holds a multi-state real estate broker license. He has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation that requires specialized knowledge of real estate investments. He has also been awarded two professional appraisal designations (SRPA, SRA) and has earned the Specialist in Real Estate Securities (SRS) designation from the Real Estate Securities & Syndication Institute. He is a member of the CBRE|MEGA Chairman's Club, awarded for top sales achievement. He is a shareholder and officer of the company.
