Professional Experience

Deborah Street is a Vice President with CBRE National Senior Housing and possesses an extensive knowledge base and track record in commercial real estate operations, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. Since 2007, Deborah has worked on the investment brokerage and capital sourcing side of the Senior Housing sector, where she has applied her diverse real estate expertise, achieved through 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, to transactions exceeding $3 billion value.

Prior to joining entering the Senior Housing sector, Deborah was the Vice President of Operations and Asset Management for Brandywine Realty Trust (formerly Prentiss Properties Trust), serving as the regional head for the Southern California region. During her 12-year tenure with the company, Ms. Street oversaw property operations, asset management and acquisitions. Deborah's responsibilities included oversight for all operational, leasing, underwriting, financial analysis, reporting, due diligence, disposition and acquisition activities. Deborah was ultimately accountable for overall performance of the Southern California region, which required her to understand local markets and trends and implement appropriate strategies.

Ms. Street's portfolio ranged in size from one-half million square feet to seven million square feet; included as many as 80 assets and consisted of medical office, office, flex, retail and industrial product. Deborah oversaw a team of up to 65 employees of varying specialties; was involved with the disposition of approximately 40 buildings; the acquisition of an even greater number of assets and was a key member of the development team for four commercial office projects.

Ms. Street's primary responsibilities within the CBRE National Senior Housing team include team operations management, client communications and the coordination and quality control of all engagement activities including offering memorandum preparation, market research, financial analysis and underwriting, asset valuation and transaction structuring.
