Dawnie Frize is a Senior Lease Analyst currently responsible for managing Chevron’s U.S. Terminal Real Estate portfolio. Dawnie joined the Chevron account team in June, 2011 specifically to head up a pilot project on the Terminal properties which resulted in the award of this contract to the CBRE account team. Dawnie’s responsibilities include analyzing the current state of the land issues relating to the Terminal properties, identifying and closing gaps in process and operations, and managing the general oversight of the Transportations and Operations portfolio.
Dawnie joined CBRE in October, 2007 as a Transaction Coordinator on the Boeing Account. She was promoted to Lease Administrator in June, 2009. She joined two other lease administrator’s who had the responsibility of abstracting, tracking data, verifying and approving rents and invoices, tracking critical dates and maintaining the files for up to 400 active leases nationwide.
Dawnie started her career in residential Real Estate in 1992. She managed a large Prudential office for over 10 years where she was responsible for overseeing the transactions of 100+ independent realtors, an office staff of 15, a marketing department, escrow, and the day to day operations of the office.
For two years during the downturn of the real estate market, Dawnie learned the business of brokering Mortgage Notes where she managed a $1,000,000 portfolio of defaulted mortgage notes. During that period her responsibilities included researching pools of mortgage notes across the United States, gathering data to value the properties, bidding on portfolios, following up with managing the repair and remarketing to prepare the properties for sale. This work was performed for a private brokerage in Newport Beach, CA.
Prior to her Real Estate career Dawnie was a Domestic Engineer, or as many may call it, a stay at home mom! She is the PROUD mother of 3 grown children and has a 2 yr old granddaughter…..
