Professional Experience

David Noravian specializes in the sale of office, retail, land and industrial properties in San Francisco. 

David has over fourteen years of disposition and acquisition experience in commercial real estate and has represented clients in over $6 billion of transactions. 

Significant transactions include the largest transaction in Silicon Valley history (Peery/Arrillaga Portfolio) and the largest Bay Area sale in all of 2008 (Brandywine Portfolio). 

Other representative transactions include the sale of the Brooks Brothers building at 240 Post Street (the second highest ever price per square foot achieved in San Francisco at the time of sale) and the sale of boutique office and retail buildings (200 California Street and 925 Market Street) for high net worth investors. In Oakland, he was the lead investment broker for two of the most iconic downtown office buildings, Tribune Tower and the former I Magnin Building at 2001 Broadway.

He has been with CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG) since 2002. Prior to that David was an investment executive at DivcoWest where he was involved with acquisitions, dispositions and asset management for Divco’s office, R&D and retail properties throughout California.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, David lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
