Professional Experience 

 

David Montressor is the founder and national practice leader of CBRE Canadian Capital Markets’ National Apartment Group. As national practice leader, David heads a team of 12 high-producing apartment sales specialists in 8 offices across Canada.

Consistently achieving the #1 position in apartment sales company-wide, David has personally sold over $5 billion representing over 48,000 units traded.

Since 2000, the National Apartment Group Canada has generated more than $8 billion in sales. While advising private capital individuals, institutions, pension funds and REIT clients, the team works collaboratively to provide a comprehensive range of real estate services in the multi-residential market both on a local and National level.

In addition to being the national practice leader, David is part of Canadian Capital Markets and a key member of the National Investment Team. The National Investment Team comprises of 20 real estate experts representing office, retail, hotels, industrial, urban land and debt & structured finance.
